An issue that matters to me is [youth] leadership. As I observed the leadership pursuits of my peers, I saw how easily good intentioned-leaders became corrupted leaders, and how charismatic leaders became narcissistic. Some leaders that I admire in history are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela who not only voiced the many injustices against people of African descent, but who also called for equality for all. I am inspired by positive people who make every day count. I believe that everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good or bad luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, if they be events, illnesses or relationships, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere. ( read more)

Most definitely TIG is the perfect forum for people to brainstorm and interact in every sense of the way. It allows the natural progress to prevail. I have made some interesting links through this site and I know that the best is yet to come.
